We are a global company based in London with our U.S. headquarters in Atlanta. Ventiv has more than 45 years of experience in the technology business, and we partner with more than 540 organizations and serve more than 350,000 users around the world. We provide streamlined business processes through a personalized and configurable approach resulting in measurable value for organizations by leveraging an integrated risk, claims, and safety technology solution.
Ventiv’s products are the most modern and technologically up to date in the market for risk, claims, and safety software solutions. We’ve completely regenerated our core product base: From the browser all the way back to the server, RiskConsole Advance is a complete rebuilding of our risk management information system; iVOS 5 is a major upgrade of our core-administration system; and Ventiv Capture is a revolutionary, all-new data-intake tool.
Ventiv is the largest independent provider of software solutions for risk management, claims administration, and safety management. By combining technical expertise with in-depth domain knowledge, we empower organizations to achieve optimal results. We’re especially adept at large, complex implementations; however, every one of Ventiv’s more than 540 customers enjoys a client-delivery model distinguished by its clarity and simplicity: Each client has a single point of contact—the client delivery lead—supported by a team of specialists.
Ventiv’s three core products—RiskConsole Advance, iVOS 5, and Capture—are built on the latest technologies. But we go further, adding innovative cross-product tools that enhance our solutions’ value. Want examples from 2018? One, we’re the only provider in the risk, claims, and safety market to offer IBM Watson Analytics as an embedded, integrated tool. Two, Ventiv RPA improves efficiency by automating repetitive tasks. Three, our Advanced CMS solution, powered by Franco Signor, assures organizations of the best possible MMSEA-reporting outcomes.
2017 was one of the very best in Ventiv’s 46-year history. New sales increased 129 percent, while sales to existing clients grew 27 percent. Ventiv won one of the biggest deals in the history of our marketplace when the County of Los Angeles selected us. In 2017, client retention improved to 97 percent. Ventiv’s goal is to be the undisputed technology provider of choice to the risk, claims, and safety marketplace; recent returns show we’re on our way.
By all key measures, Ventiv is positioned well for continuing robust growth. 2018 has seen even stronger revenue growth over a successful 2017, including our biggest sale ever in Europe. We added 60 new colleagues in 2017, including several leading executives from the industry. Employee attrition for the second half of 2017 came in at half the industry average. The trend continued in the first quarter of 2018 as we added 15 new employees. Growth benefits our clients as we invest even more in our products and services, including all-new equipment at our U.S. data centers in 2018.
