How Ventiv Technology Is Responding to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

With the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation developing quickly, we believe it’s important to be transparent about how Ventiv Technology is responding to the outbreak. Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and of the communities we serve, including our customers, partners, prospects, and candidates.

We also realize that business must continue as usual where possible, which includes continuing to provide you with the level of service that you expect and require. We have taken steps to ensure that the timeliness and quality of that work remain unaffected. We have invested in technology to ensure that our business professionals can successfully work remotely. Further, we have put restrictions in place for non-essential business and personal travel.

The information below is reflective of our guidelines and practices as of March 16, 2020. We will update this post accordingly to reflect any fundamental changes to our plan.

Ensuring Business Continuity

Our team is now working from home to minimize the likelihood of infection or spreading an infection across the company. Our people continue to have access to our support ticket tracking software, customer database, as well as all other relevant materials to perform our daily duties. We will continue to follow your security protocols to support your environments remotely, as we have always done in the past. We have a designated colleague present in each office every day to maintain the security, mail and packages delivery, access to the office for visitors or maintenance, and ongoing local processes.

You can continue to reach our support desk, respectively, via e-mail or telephone

Ensuring a Safe and Clean Environment

We have made it a priority to monitor our people for COVID-19 symptoms, while also regularly communicating CDC’s guidance and providing reminders on the established steps to take to stay safe and avoid spreading the virus. Our people are following the safety and health precautions as prescribed by the local health authorities, including social distancing and hand washing. Any staff that has travelled internationally in the past 14 days are following self-quarantine processes.

In addition to taking the precautions above, we are keeping empathy top of mind. It is a stressful time for our communities around the world, and so we want to do everything we can to minimize panic and maximize safety.

We hope this information is helpful in understanding how Ventiv Technology is responding to coronavirus, and we appreciate the continued support from our employees and customers.
