We have reserved a block of rooms at the The Charleston Place where the conference will be held. The group rate of $325, plus tax, is available March 18 – 20, subject to availability on the pre and post conference dates. We suggest securing your room early, as this is a busy time in Charleston and the special rate ends February 9, 2024 or when the block is full.
A conference pass costs $1250 and includes all three days, including training. An early bird rate of $1000 is good through January 26, 2024. Registration closes March 1, 2024.
If 3+ people from the same company attend the conference, your rate is reduced by $100 per person off the published registration rate. Use code GROUP24 to take advantage of this rate.
The hands-on training day is included in the conference pass fee. Please bring your own laptop to use during the sessions.
A special package will be offered that entitles your guest(s) to attend the opening reception on Monday for $75 and/or the dinner on Tuesday for $125. Your guest must attend with you. As alcoholic beverages will be provided on Monday and Tuesday evenings, your guests must be 21+ in age. Guests are not permitted to attend any part of the conference or meals besides these two events.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing on or before Thursday, February 1st for a full refund. No refunds will apply to cancellations after this date. Substitutions from the same company will be accepted if requested in writing.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided on both Tuesday and Wednesday. In addition, there will be a Monday and Tuesday night dinner events.
Please indicate on the registration form if you have any dietary needs or other requirements.
Business casual attire is appropriate for all conference sessions. Jeans are appropriate for evening events.
The The Charleston Place is located in historic downtown Charleston, South Carolina. The hotel is located 12.1 miles from Charleston International Airport and can be best accessed via taxi or ride share service.
