What are the fees?
A conference pass costs $1250 and includes all three days, including training. An early bird rate of $1000 is good through January 18. Registration closes March 10, 2023.
Is there a group rate?
If 3+ people from the same company attend the conference, your rate is reduced by $100 per person off the published registration rate. Use code GROUP23 to take advantage of this rate.
What do I bring for the training session?
The hands-on training day is included in the conference pass fee. Please bring your own laptop to use during the sessions.
Are guests allowed?
A special package will be offered that entitles your guest(s) to attend the opening reception on Tuesday for $75 and/or the off-site event on Wednesday for $125. Your guest must attend with you. As alcoholic beverages will be provided on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, your guests must be 21+ in age. Guests are not permitted to attend any part of the conference or meals besides these two events.
What is the cancellation/substitution policy?
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing on or before Wednesday, February 1st for a full refund. No refunds will apply to cancellations after this date. Substitutions from the same company will be accepted if requested in writing.
