This statement, made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, sets out the approach taken by Ventiv Technology Group International Ltd (“Ventiv”) to understand all potential modern slavery risks related to its business, and the actions undertaken to mitigate any such risks.
Ventiv has an outstanding reputation for ethical behaviour and fair dealing. We require a strict adherence to our Code of Conduct in which all employees are prohibited from engaging in unlawful conduct or conduct that reflects adversely on the reputation and business of the Company, its clients, and vendors.
Due to the nature of our business, we assess that there is very low risk of slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains. We periodically review the effectiveness of the relevant policies and procedures that we have in place, and any involvement in slavery or human trafficking would be a breach of law, our supplier standards and/or our company policies, triggering termination of any business relationship with such a violator.
This statement is approved by the Ventiv Technology Group International Ltd Board and signed on its behalf by Steve Cloutman, Managing Director.
